The following actors have taken on the roles of the spirits in place of their original roles: Ayana Taketatsu as Kotori Itsuka, Minori Chihara as Miku Izayoi, Ayumi Mano as Natsumi Kyouno, Sarah Emi Bricutt as Yuzuru Yamai, Maaya Uchida as Kaguya Yamai, Hitomi Nabatame as Nia Honjou, and Akari Kageyama as Mukuro Hoshimiya.

Returning to voice the supporting roles are Takehito Koyasu (Kyouhei Kannazuki), Ao Takahashi (Ryouko Kusakabe), and Misato (Mana Takamiya). Since the first season, Aya Endou has been providing the voice of Reine Murasame, who has greatly aided Shido and the others. At the end of Date a Live IV, however, it was revealed that she was Phantom, a prominent rival who had first appeared in season 3 of the show. Additionally, it was revealed that Aya Endou would be providing the voice of Mio Takamiya, the Spirit of Origin and the primary antagonist.

Date A Live Season 5 Plot

Ratatoskr and DEM will go to full blast in Date A Live Season 5. The realization that Shido is destined to die marks the start of this war.

In reality, Kurumi—who was dubbed the Worst Spirit—had selflessly entered a time loop to save Shido from dying. Kurumi had taken on the world’s fate to avert this terrible future, and Shido has now informed the other Spirits of this reality.

Westcott gathers all of DEM’s forces in an attempt to murder Shido and weaken Kurumi’s will. Ratatoskr responds by calling upon all the Spirits to stand up for Shido at all costs.

More truths will come to light and memories will be released. The majority of the Spirits are known to have originated from humans, but what about the First Spirit’s lineage? And will Shido be able to change the future to win Kurumi over and prevent disaster?
